DESCRIPTION:
PLEASE NOTE: Basic and simple tour, with a large number of tourists and vendors in the area.
1. MEETING POINT:
Pick up at a building or hotel if you are located in Bocagrande, Laguito or Castillo Grande. Pick up time: 7:00am to 7:30am
In case you are in another location, the meeting point is exactly at the clock tower in the walled city. While there our guide will contact you to meet you. Pick up time: 8:00 am
2. TRANSPORTATION:
Round-trip air-conditioned ground transportation (Cartagena-Barú-Cartagena), dropping you off at the same pick-up location.
3. ARRIVAL ON THE ISLAND:
- Accompaniment by a professional guide for the entire group who will give recommendations and instructions.
- Transportation by boat from Playa Blanca to the Rosario Islands.
- Panoramic tour of the Corales del Rosario archipelago.- 1 hour stop on the San Martín de Pajarales island.
- Optional:
- Entrance to the oceanarium. Cost per person COP $30,000.
- Snorkeling activity. Cost per person COP $35,000.
- Typical lunch included (coconut rice, salad, patacón, fish or fried chicken).
4. RETURN
We returned at approximately 3:30 pm towards Cartagena.
Note:
-In Barú you can find a variety of typical restaurants, bars and accommodations.
- You must keep in mind that Barú is a place very busy with visitors and sellers.
